Age Groups
We offer programs for wrestlers at every level. Each group focuses on age-appropriate technique, conditioning, and competition prep.
Youth
Ages 5–11
Introduction to wrestling fundamentals. Building coordination, confidence, and a love for the sport in a fun, supportive environment. No experience needed.
Middle School
Ages 11–14
More advanced technique work, competition preparation, and strength development. Wrestlers begin competing in local and regional tournaments.
High School
Ages 14–18
Competitive-level training, advanced strategy, and intensive conditioning for wrestlers preparing for varsity competition and beyond.
